Hello everyone 🙂
I hope you are all doing well. I wasn’t going to post the Glam Bag for January but my Ipsy Glam Bag Plus for February is still stuck at Customs and now held at Port Health. So I decided to show you my last Ipsy Glam Bag unveiling since I have upgraded my membership.
So in this bag I got 5 products:
The first item is a single eyeshadow by the brand Ella Eden in the shade Willow. It’s a rich burgundy, crimson colour. It’s very smooth and pigmented. I haven’t used it on my eyes yet but the swatches are promising. I generally don’t reach for single eyeshadows simply because I love having everything I need in one palette. I will make the extra effort to de-pot my singles just so that I can get better use of them.
The Ultra Moisturizing Herbal Lip Balm by Hempz is enriched with 100% pure natural hemp seed oil. It conditions, softens, and hydrates the delicate skin on your lips. This lip balm has a little shine but that does fade after a while. This lip balm is paraben free, gluten free, THC-free and cruelty free.
I received the Illamasqua Colouring Pencil Eye Crayon in the shade Honour. This is a traditional pencil that you would have to sharpen. It’s a plumy brown eyeliner that is pigmented and creamy. I have used this on my waterline, and due to the fact that I have terrible allergies and watery eyes, this faded on my waterline but lasted very well on the lash line and below the lashes. (I smudged it on my actual lashline and below the lashes for a smokey look)
Next we have the Alternative Rock Vol. 2 blush in Bare Minium by The Balm Cosmetics. So recently the balm came out with 2 Alternative Rock palettes that I’ve had my eye on. I’m actually really eager to get them. This is a deluxe sample sized blush. It’s a matte, warm peachy shade that is suitable for all skin tones. The formula is triple milled meaning its super blendable and ultra pigmented. These can also double as an eyeshadow and is perfect as a transition shade. All of The Balm’s products are paraben free, talc free and cruelty free.
The SLMissGlam SB68 eye brush is good for smudging product on the lower lashline or blending darker shades into the crease and outer corners. The bristles are very soft and fluffy.
I hope you enjoyed this final unveiling of my Ipsy Glam Bag. I think it’s definitely worth the $10.00 but the fact that I have to pay for shipping, it doesn’t really make it worth it for me. I have seen some really great boxes for the Ipsy Glam Bag Plus and Im super excited to get mine.
As always I thank you for all the love and support. I am going to put in more time on this blog and start bringing you guys some fun and exciting topics and makeup looks. Have a great night and I will be back very soon 😉
