Urban Decay Born To Run Palette

Hi everyone! 🙂

In December I received the Urban Decay Born To Run palette as one of my birthday gifts and I wanted to let you know what I think of it.

This is a 21 shade eyeshadow palette, that is part of Urban Decays permanent line. These shadows are very rich, intense shades. There is a variety of warm shadows as well as jewel toned eyeshadows .

If you are someone who does not like warm toned colours/eyeshadows, please be wary of the shades that you would generally use in your crease/ transition shades, as they are warm toned. These shadows are amazing quality and they blend easily. They are not powdery, so there is little to no fallout. Some have a drier texture than others but is still very consistent with its pigmentation.

The packaging comprises of hard plastic that has pictures of places from all over the world on it. It does have a large mirror which is ideal for travel especially since this is a travel inspired palette. The mirror does fold all the way back if you’re someone who doesn’t like using the mirrors on the palettes.

I really do love and enjoy this palette. I honestly think that this is one of the best palettes Urban Decay has released, in terms of its formula and versatility and like I said, this is part of their permanent line so you can get the item at anytime.

The palette retails for R800.00 in South African Urban Decay stores, Urban Decay online stores and Foschini online stores as well.

Internationally, it retails for $49.00 and can be purchased on the Urban Decay site or at a variety of places. I’ll leave all the necessary links down below if you are interested in picking one up 😉

I hope this review was helpful. I do plan to show you guys some looks I create with this palette soon. If you have tried it, let me know your thoughts on it and if you plan on getting it I really hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Have a great week and I’ll talk to you soon
